TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Any communication or material you post or transmit to the Service and/or the Sites is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. You assume full responsibility for anything you post or transmit, and you grant World Talent Network, the right to edit, copy, publish and distribute any information or content you post or transmit for any purpose.

World Talent Network, Inc. does not monitor its affiliated web links or web sites linked to the Service or from personal profiles on this site. When clicking links to personal pages from worldtalentnetwork.com all users of the system acknowledge that worldtalentnetwork.com. is not responsible for the accuracy or content of those links. Posting of URL's that lead to ADULT SITES or Pay Sites is not allowed and your profile will be removed from this site. This also includes the comments section of your profile. Tasteful nudes are allowed in your portfolio, which include artistic nudes, and nudes which gentialia is not visible.  The profile main picture must be non-nude. 

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: World Talent Network provides a variety of secure and non-secure online uses of this Site, including but not limited to home pages, email, accessories, links, photographs, online composite cards and model/talent profile information. These online services are usable by all registered users and may be viewed by non-registered users, with the exception of the paying services that are limited to paying members only.
3. World Talent Network does not book talent. We are an advertising firm. We are not an agency, employer, talent representative or management service for our talent. World Talent Network has an Affiliate Network consists of industry professionals, which include photographers, casting directors and agencies. These affiliates have access to our secure website 24/7 to search and find talent, view photos, select and communicate with you, along with your profile. Affiliated members are background checked and are noted professionals. An affiliated member will have the ability to call you for a booking or email you directly. Non-registered users may also be able to communicate with you, but are limited to your World Talent Network email service. All communication, negotiations, or safety concerns with agent, photographer, casting directors, but not limited to are your sole responsibility. You assume full responsibility for anything you post or transmit, and you grant World Talent Network no liability for your communications. If you have any concerns or questions, please call us at: 1888-555-5555.
4. TALENT PRIVACY: World Talent Network respects the privacy of its talent.  As a member of worldtalentnetwork.com, you may receive emails from users on the site through the Contact link on your portfolio as well as other pages within our site. Occasionally you will be contacted by worldtalentnetwork.com. as well as receive emails regarding system updates or problems. Worldtalentnetwork.com . reserves the right to email members, however, worldtalentnetwork.com. DOES NOT SELL personal information to outside parties.
5. This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service and the Sites shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida. By your usage of, or your posting to, this site constitutes your agreement to, but not limited to, the current conditions listed in this agreement.

Violation of these Terms and Conditions will cause your portfolio and membership to be terminated without notice.
